I have recently been doing a lot of BarreAmped classes at Elle Fitness in Lexington, Kentucky. The classes are AWESOME, and I love the feeling of knowing that I put in a good effort and strengthened my body just a bit each day. But like most things in life, too much of a good thing can be a problem. I’ve learned to give my body time to recover and have found ways to soothe my sore muscles after tough workouts or long days.

If you are anywhere near my home base of Lexington, Kentucky right now, you are practically buried in snow. Seriously, lots and lots of snow. I’m pretty sure our local weather forecasters are having a snowgasm right now. So what do you do when you are trapped indoors with cold weather? HEAT IT UP! And one of the best ways to warm up your cold day is to grab your significant other and some Pure Romance Sensations Warming Lubricant.

Pure Romance Sensations is a warming lubricant that can be used to heighten sensation and arousal. It comes in different flavors and has a light scent. If you have been to one of my parties, you have tested a small amount on your hand and experienced the warming sensation it creates.
